Partnerships that cross departments and borders
GHP works to build a community across DGSOM that facilitates the sharing of resources and best practices for clinical rotations, global health tracks, research activities, and global health fellowships. Residents and fellows can participate in our upcoming grant programs, including the Seed Grant Program to support research projects (with faculty mentorship) and the Travel Grant Program, which can provide funding toward global health clinical work, research, or specific projects/initiatives.
"Finding GHP allowed me to become connected to a community of individuals committed to improving the healthcare of our most vulnerable communities, both domestically and abroad. GHP encourages departments to work together, in order to provide trainees with the necessary skills and exposure to become global health leaders.
