Partnerships that cross departments and borders

The Global Health Program and the DSGOM GME Office support intentional learning opportunities for our residents and fellows. GHP recommends the creation of longitudinal “tracks” that incorporate learning and engagement throughout post-graduate training. Departments and Divisions are also encouraged to develop a limited number of long-term global institutional bilateral commitments to expand the opportunity for mutual benefit.  GHP also offers a best practices curriculum for postgraduate trainees to ensure robust pre-departure orientation and preparation regardless of specialty.

The Global Health Program offers a best practices curriculum for post-graduate trainees to supplement specific Departmental pre-departure orientation materials and/or required coursework.
